Светка: El alisa1 спасибо большое 2ая инструкция „PGSE CUP 2011” 4th international tournament in rhythmic gymnastiсs INFORMATION ABOUT COMPETITION 1. Sporthall Pestszentimrei Sportkastély (Sportcastle of Pestszentimre) Address: 1188 Budapest XVIII., Kisfaludy u. 33/c. 2. Accomodation Delegations will be accomodated in the Airport Hotel Budapest**** Address: 2220 Vecsés, Lőrinci u. 130/a. The price for one night (bed&breakfast&dinner) is 40 euro for one person (50 euro/extra person). If you would like to ask lunch, it will be costed 5 euro per person. The accomodation must be paid at the reception of the Hotel on arrival. In the Hotel are the wellness center include the jacuzzi, sauna and fittness-room with cardio and fittness equipment and the fittness-room with mirror. If you would like to use this rooms, please write me and send me the right arriving time. There is unlimited internet connecting. 3. Technical and judge meeting Technical meeting will be held in Conference room in Airport Hotel on Friday (28.01.2011) at 20:00 o’clock. Please bring the technical values and CD’s to the technical meeting. Address: 2220 Vecsés, Lőrinci u. 130/a. Judge meeting will be held in the sporthall „Sportkastély” on Saturday, at 8:30 in the morning. Address: 1188 Budapest XVIII., Kisfaludy u. 33/c. 4. Transport Every club that is coming by bus, by train or by plane, will be picked up at the bus station/railway station/airport. Please let us know if your club is coming with bus/train/plane, please mention time of arrival. We will manage all the transfer from arrival to departure for these clubs. It will be costed 10 euro/person. 5. Entry fee Entry fee is 30 euro per gymnast (from 4th gymnast/40 euro). It must be paid at the reception of the Pension on arrival with accomodation price. 6. Forms for technical value Please bring with you 8 copies for each routine of gymnast or send them by e-mail. If you have possibility, please send the scaned technical values by e-mail. 7. Gala show Gala show will be held at the end of the competition. If your gymnasts want to take part in it, please apply them by e-mail until 27.01.2011. 8. Banquet Banquet will be held in Airport Hotel after competition. There are warm dinner, music and surprise. 9. Sightseeing There will be Budapest sightseeing and shopping in 30th January 2010 (Sunday a.m.). Expense: 30 eur/person. If you would like to take part in this program, please send me number of person. 10. Photos A professional photographer, Daniel Palhegy (www.palhegyi.com) will participate on our tournament. Every gymnast will have the possibility to buy her photos. If your gymnasts travel without parents, please make sure that they are prepared with finances as photographs of the gymnasts will be available for purchase at the competiton. (CD with all images of a gymnast = EUR 15) 11. Shop On our tournament will be a possibility to buy everything what it’s necessary for Rhythmic Gymnastic (apparatus, accessory and so on). 12.
